Welcome to UPMOZ INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Mini Website Maker services available at www.upmoz.com. By purchasing, using, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Service

• We provide a Mini Website cum Digital Visiting Card platform, which includes setup, hosting, SSL, and other digital features for 2 years.
• Services are completely digital, and no physical product is shipped.

2. User Responsibility

• You must provide correct and complete information during signup (business name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, content, etc.).
• You are responsible for updating your website with your content using the credentials provided.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Delivery Timeline

• After successful payment and submission of required details, setup is initiated.
• Complete delivery typically takes 24 to 48 working hours from the date of receiving all inputs.

4. Validity & Renewal

• Free hosting and services are provided for 2 years from activation date.
• Renewal cost after 2 years will be notified 30 days before expiry and is to be borne by the customer.

5. Service Limitations

• This is a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) platform. We provide initial setup only once.
• You can edit and update your website anytime from your admin panel.
• We do not provide regular website content updates or maintenance unless agreed separately.

6. No Guarantee of Business Results

• We offer a powerful website tool, but we do not guarantee any business outcome (sales, leads, traffic, etc.).
• Success depends on your own promotion, content, and customer handling.

7. Support Policy

• Support is provided via email or WhatsApp during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).

• Support includes access/login help and technical fixes related to platform bugs or downtime.

8. Cancellation & Refund

• Once the service is activated, no cancellation or refund is permitted.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy and Shipping & Cancellation Policy for full details.

9. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
• You misuse the service.
• You host illegal or harmful content.
• You violate any of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

• All website templates, backend systems, and design elements are owned by UPMOZ INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS.
• You may use them only within the scope of your purchased license.

11. Modification of Terms

• These Terms may be updated from time to time. You are advised to check this page regularly.
• Continued use of the service implies acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
