At UPMOZ INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, we offer digital services, not physical goods. Hence, the concept of physical "shipping" does not apply. However, we ensure prompt digital delivery of your Mini Website Maker services and account setup.

Below are the detailed policies regarding service activation, delivery, and cancellation:

1. Shipping / Delivery Policy (For Digital Products)

• Upon successful payment confirmation, your Mini Website account setup, hosting, and SSL activation process begins immediately.
• Generally, the complete service activation is completed within 24 to 48 working hours after receiving all necessary inputs from your side (such as domain details, company name, logo, etc.).
• Delivery is considered successful once the user credentials (login ID/password) and website access details are sent via registered email or WhatsApp.
• In case of any delay due to technical reasons, you will be informed proactively by our support team.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Once your service (Mini Website setup) process has started, cancellation is not possible as resources are instantly allocated (server space, SSL certificates, domain pointing, backend setup, etc.).
• If the user delays providing necessary inputs like content, logo, or other information for setup, the service will be kept "on-hold," but the order will be treated as "executed" and non-cancellable.
• No cancellation or refund request will be entertained once access credentials or delivery communication has been shared from our side.

3. Exceptional Cancellation (Before Activation)

• Cancellation may be considered only if:
• No work has started on your Mini Website setup (verified internally).
• A written cancellation request is sent within 2 hours of order placement to our official email ID: upmozwebsite@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 9881401689.
• If the request is approved, a processing fee of ₹500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7–14 working days.
